How do I go about doing so? Do I need a lawyer?
Also, can I put in it something like, if medical condition A occours DNR unless expected life quality is such and such, like certain clauses, stipulations, & such?
Also, if I were to pass, what documents would I need to delegate my belongings to certain persons, a will? Could I put care for my dog/s in my will? (if not, then where) Like who should care for them and by what standards they should be cared for? Can I make a living will for my dog in the event something tragic occurs and I am allready deceased?
I'm 20 and live in West Virginia, married and no children, except my dog if any of that matters.
No, you do not need a lawyer to draft a living will for you. You can draft your own. You can get a do-it-yourself living will form at the website below you just fill in, sign, witness, date, and notarize to place it on the public record then you have created your own legal living will.
