My answer-
Currently I have heart problems. When I was born I had a heart murmur and VSD which was repaired. I have leg problems to which my feet cant go flat, basically I walk on my toes with out shoes. I unfortuantly passed on heart problems to my youngest son, my oldest one is fine though.
To my point.
My last days I would go on road trip with my family, going to the places me and my wife and kids always wanted to travel, mostly restaurants around the U.S that are pretty famous or are note worthy, im a chef by trade and love al to do with food, video games also so I would possibly want to go to an EXPO of sorts.
I would spend time with my wife and 2 sons whom which are 1 year and 4 years.
My money would all be left to my wife and kids, my personal possesions would be sold, and the money would be devoted to their uses.
My funeral would be just my wife and kids, no religion involved because I don't believe in organized religion. It would be a cremation.

After all the Quran was once the milestone on the guidelines of how to live a good life. Now more an more people are calling it evil (along with much of the old testament- the original biblical laws)

i'm 17 and live in illinois i had a child with a guy who was abusive but we have broke up and i have had no contact with him since and i want to make sure that if i were to ever get in a car accident and die or any thing the government won't go looking for him or put her in an orphanage. i want her to be under my parents custody but all the will and testament forms i've found say "over the age of eighteen (18) years" so does that mean i'm out of luck on wanting to write a will or have i not found the right form yet?

He said several times while he was alive that he would make a last will & testament leaving me everything he owns, which amounts to more than 2 million net worth. However, he passed before he could have a will made. Now will everything go to the government, or will I be able to claim his estate? Includes property, stocks, bonds, bank accounts. in 2004 my mother was taking care of her father after some issues arosed he changed his will he willed his home to her in the same year his memory slip fast my aunt went in and sold the house to her son who dont live there now my mother actually died before my grandfather in 2005 he passed in 2007 but had a serious case of alzheimers everything ws under cover my aunt last year called and asked for my mothers death cert. stating it had something to do with the house and my grandfather estate i refused so she got a copy from the mortuary its been eating at me that something was and is going on how can i find his will and if its was to go to my mother what can i do about the problem

the first executor is also the one who is to inharrit the propriety of the person who made the will, if the will has a second executor, who will follow thought with finall legal matters like putting proprity up for probat which is two years later, will he legaly inharrit the home. my brother in law wanted my husband and I and our kids to stay in the home, my husband not thinking said to live it to him and his brother only son don't htinking the son would not follow though with all legal matters, the will was left with the son to recieve the home we moved into to take care of my brother in law who had cancer, the son never did anything for my brother in law, my husband is the second exector on the will. We also mae morage payment, pay porprity taxes on the house. I am looking for any advise to get this that we, worked for.
